Mrs. Lalitha Krishnamurthy, a Chartered Accountant from the 1983 batch, serves as the Senior Partner of the firm and leads its Direct Tax Litigation practice. 

She has extensive experience representing clients before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), handling a wide range of matters under the Income Tax Act and Wealth Tax laws. Her professional portfolio also includes audits of Religious and Charitable Trusts, NGOs, and Co-operative Societies, reflecting her in-depth understanding of statutory compliance across diverse sectors. 

In addition to Direct Tax, Mrs. Krishnamurthy appears before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) in Service Tax matters and handles representations before the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Ministry of Finance on issues related to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). 

Her cross-disciplinary expertise and decades of advocacy have made her a trusted advisor for complex tax and regulatory matters.
