LEGACY

Mr. S. Ramanand Aiyar

Founding Partner

(4th December 1916– 28th November 2000)

Mr. S. Ramanand Aiyar, the esteemed founding partner of our firm, was a visionary leader and the patriarch whose dreams laid the foundation of what we are today. In 1950, he moved to Delhi from the small village of Kadathur in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a singular goal — to contribute to the Indian economy by offering high-quality Chartered Accountancy services to business houses.

Starting from scratch, with no backing or resources, he relied solely on his determination, discipline, and belief in service. His journey exemplifies the saying, “Where there is a will, there is a way.” With a deep commitment to integrity and excellence, he not only built a firm that stood the test of time but also inspired countless others to follow in his footsteps.

Mr. Aiyar’s passion for uplifting individuals from humble backgrounds, while delivering the highest standards of professional service, continues to drive our values today. His legacy is reflected in his own children — Mr. R. Ganesh Aiyar, Mr. R. Balasubramanian and Ms. Lalitha Krishnamurthy — who all became Chartered Accountants and carried forward his vision with pride and dedication.

What began as a family-led practice has now evolved into a professionally managed firm — yet remains deeply rooted in the core values instilled by Mr. Aiyar: Respect, Earn, and Give. His aura, principles, and purpose continue to shape who we are.

Mr. R. Ganesh Aiyar

Former Partner

(13th November 1950 – 13th December 2018)

Late Mr. R. Ganesh Aiyar was a highly respected Chartered Accountant with a professional journey spanning over four decades, beginning in 1975. His vision, wisdom, and unwavering values served as the foundation of our firm and continue to guide us today.

A second-generation CA, he took forward the proud legacy of his father, Mr. S. Ramanand Aiyar, with great dedication and brought the firm to new heights. His deep knowledge, ethical integrity, and mature judgment earned him immense respect across the profession.

Mr. Ganesh lived his life in service to the CA community. He also served as a Member of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), where he made significant contributions to the growth and upliftment of the profession.

He is remembered not only as a mentor and leader but as an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working with him. His legacy lives on in our values, our work, and our continued commitment to excellence.
