Nitesh leads Gurugram Practice of SRA. He is Ex-Big 4 and having experience of 15+ in Corporate Tax and Assurance practice. 

His core expertise lies in Transfer Pricing (TP)—including assessments before the Assessing Officer, Transfer Pricing Officer, Dispute Resolution Panel, and appeals before CIT (A), ITAT, and High Court. He has been actively involved in several Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs)—both unilateral and bilateral—between Indian and overseas governments and multinational companies and global TP documentation. 

In addition to TP, Nitesh has extensive exposure in Audit & Assurance, Tax Compliance, Concurrent Audits, and Startup Advisory.
