With over 35 years of experience in industry and practice, he specializes in statutory and internal audits, direct tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. He has also led large-scale backend financial operations, including loan processing for Citibank and SME rating assignments for CRISIL, making him a key contributor to the firm’s Eastern India operations.
