He has led restructuring initiatives, developed organizational policies, and managed finance for conglomerates with over 6,000 employees and a group of company having 50 companies. His expertise spans project accounting, costing, budgeting, audits, Tax matters, ERP implementation, and establishing robust controls and reporting systems. Mr. Shaban has supported due diligence and valuation exercises for global firms like Deloitte, EY, and KPMG, and is highly regarded for his work in financial systems design, MIS reporting, and enterprise process optimization.
